Dear Patients:

The whole team is working very hard to make sure we can open and operate in a healthy safe environment.

If you or a member of your household is unwell with symptoms of Covid -19, please do not come to the practice, stay at home and follow NHS guidance.

We recommend patients who are shielding to delay all non-urgent treatment, should you have a dental emergency please contact the practice and we will schedule your appointment at the beginning of the day.

Before you come:

  • Brush your teeth before you come as it will not be possible to use the practice facilities to do so.
  • Ideally, we would prefer that you do not use the toilet facilities at the practice, but we do understand this is not always possible.
  • We would prefer if you can use your personal pen for any paper work.
  • Where possible we may ask you to make the payment over the phone before your appointment or use card/contactless facility.

On Arrival :

  • Upon arrival for your appointment, please call the practice again and wait outside until you are called to enter. We will try to have as few people as possible in reception/waiting area at any one time.
  • The receptionist will open the door for you when we are ready.
  • You will notice that receptionist will be wearing a mask where we can’t keep the 2 m distance.
  • Once inside the practice please use the alcohol gel provided.
  • Once ready, we will invite you to enter the dental surgery that have been prepared to provide a safe, clean environment for you.
  • We would ask you kindly not to touch anything, and we will assist you when needed with the doors.
  • Your dentist and nurse will be speaking through their masks at all time so please let us know if you are unable to hear.
